Because this is my uncensored story about how I got smaller thighs. The ups, the downs, stuff that didn’t work and finally the one thing that helped me get smaller thighs and on top of that lose weight.
Ever since I was a teenager I wanted to be able to walk along the beach and not being ashamed of my body. People were always looking at me and whispering stuff. There were so many things that I hated about my body, especially the cellulites and my big thighs. So I tried exercising but every time I lost some weight I would always gain it back with a couple of pounds extra. So I gave up and as a result I stayed inside my apartment a lot instead of being outside enjoying life.
So the years went by and when I was about 23 years old I really wanted to meet a good man and get married. I was so ready for love but I rarely had the courage to ask a man out on a date and when I finally did, they would always turn me down. Some even commented me about my overweight.
And finally one day I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it. I wanted to transform my body and be proud of myself.
My motivation was higher than ever to get thinner thighs and lose weight.
· So I tried a flat belly diet which was not a good idea because it only made me hungry, since I wasn’t allowed to eat any carbs at all. And in the end it didn’t work.
· Then I tried a low-fat diet and yet again another mistake since healthy fat burns fat. No success here.
· After that I tried some running but since I was overweight my knees couldn’t take the pressure of me running. So I hurt my knee pretty badly and needed to rest for about 6 weeks.
·While back on my feet I tried the gym and went to lift weights in hope to lose weight and to get slim but at this point nothing seemed to work. So I asked myself “was there something wrong with me?” Is it supposed to be this hard?
My motivation took a big hit and I was so close to giving up. I really wanted to know how to get thinner thighs and lose my inner thigh fat. Lucky me I didn’t give up this time.
