Ever since I was a teenager I wanted to be able to walk along the beach and not being ashamed of my body. People were always looking at me and whispering stuff. There were so many things that I hated about my body, especially the cellulites and my big thighs. So I tried exercising but every time I lost some weight I would always gain it back with a couple of pounds extra. So I gave up and as a result I stayed inside my apartment a lot instead of being outside enjoying life.

So the years went by and when I was about 23 years old I really wanted to meet a good man and get married. I was so ready for love but I rarely had the courage to ask a man out on a date and when I finally did, they would always turn me down. Some even commented me about my overweight.

And finally one day I was sick and tired of it and wanted to do something about it. I wanted to transform my body and be proud of myself.

My motivation was higher than ever to get thinner thighs and lose weight.

· So I tried a flat belly diet which was not a good idea because it only made me hungry, since I wasn’t allowed to eat any carbs at all. And in the end it didn’t work.

· Then I tried a low-fat diet and yet again another mistake since healthy fat burns fat. No success here.

· After that I tried some running but since I was overweight my knees couldn’t take the pressure of me running. So I hurt my knee pretty badly and needed to rest for about 6 weeks.

·While back on my feet I tried the gym and went to lift weights in hope to lose weight and to get slim but at this point nothing seemed to work. So I asked myself “was there something wrong with me?” Is it supposed to be this hard?

My motivation took a big hit and I was so close to giving up. I really wanted to know how to get thinner thighs and lose my inner thigh fat. Lucky me I didn’t give up this time.

Change Your Life Style To Get Thinner Thighs


Today alot of women are having problems to get smaller thighs and struggling with overweight. There are several methods out there to reduce inner thigh fat and lose weight like surgery, diet pills, workouts, low fat diets etc. And what we do is that we buy it all and we try it all in hope to achieve goals about our weight.

Why must it be so hard? To get thinner thighs and lose weight is alot easier then it is for a skinny person trying to gain weight. But then why is so hard to lose weight then? Well it’s so hard to start, because we dont know where to begin. Imma let you in for a little secret, most people start off at the wrong end of the tunnel. We always go for the easiest solution, we buy all these services to reduce body weight in hope to get rid of those big thighs, but we end up failing 95 % of the time. Because our minds are not ready to actually make these changes.

I will show you where to start. But like all humans we are stuck in patherns, that we must break away from in order to change our life styles and that can be a pain. So lets start off slowely and implementing small changes that we can adapt to.

1. Here are some tips to get started:The nr 1 enemy soda(sugar) we consume so much soda over a life time it’s scary. Instead of drinking 2 glasses of Soda only drink one and one glass of water instead. And then phase out the soda until you are only drinking water, it can be done I promise.

2.  Junkfood our second enemy, this food contains so much carbs and fat we could just get an heart attack by looking at it! We tend to reach for fast food when we dont have time to cook a good meal or we use the “time issue” as an excuse for not making our own dinner. Take your time here, make cooking food fun, invite your friends and make dinner together. I know from my own experience that making food on my own suck! It really does, but you have to ask yourself “do I want to live 10-15 years longer” the answer is yes. Change your food habbits and eat more protein in your diet.

3. Exercise. Now dont get scared here I’m not saying lets put on those running shoes and run a marathon. No here is how you start with the easiest exercise there is “Walks”. I know it’s so tempting to just take the car or the bus to where ever you are going, but remember that these small changes will make a huge difference in your success to transform your body. Take a walk every day and enjoy the nature, life is short, lets not make it shorter. If you have a bicycle, but never use it. Then it’s time to take it out for a spin. Use your bike instead of your car to work when its not raining.

So that was a quick walkthrough on how to proceed, when you are ready to start losing weight. When you start seeing those small changes to your body, you will get more motivation and changing your life style will come naturally. This way you can tone your body, get smaller thighs and lose weight only by making small changes.

Is there really an easy way to burn fat and get smaller thighs? The answer is no, it takes hard work and motivation to make it happen.

Thighs, buttock and stomach are 3 of the hardest parts for women to burn fat at and to burn fat at one specific location on your body is a myth it doesent work.
